So, I messed up. Big time. I got sick, needed surgery and stopped monitoring the site. In the meantime, I managed to lose everything, as it was not backed up properly. Well, you live you learn. Luckily I have most of everything that Stephen and I created and posted, but it will take some time to restore it all. As for new content, I have a new host who will be helping me out with the podcast as well as finally getting video started. He will also be helping me with articles and lots of opinion pieces. Can’t want for him to introduce himself.
For the first time in the West, a console Fairy Tail game is on its way. Hiro Mashima, Fairy Tail’s creator, will supervise the direction of the game, ensuring the RPG game is authentic to the Fairy Tail world and characters we have all grown to love.
The game is published by Koei Tecmo and developed by Gust. Gust is known for its JRPGs including the Atelier series and Nights of Azure. Koei Tecmo released the teaser trailer below and a short description of the game. More information about the game will be announced at the “Fairy Tail Special Stage” at Tokyo Game Show 2019 on September 15.
“Demons, dark wizards, dragons, and cats—players will find it all as they start your journey in the land of Fiore. In Fairy Tail, wizards play through the adventures of Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia, as well as other eccentric members of the Fairy Tail mage guild, on a fun-filled and thrilling quest. Gust Studios is creating the game under the supervision of author Hiro Mashima, promising a faithful recreation for the world and its unusual inhabitants; including everything from magic to its iconic characters.”
